What is Wellbeing?

Wellbeing is all about our holistic health - it is a combination of our physical, mental, emotional and social health. When we have high levels of wellbeing, we feel that life is in balance, we are resilient and better able to deal with any difficulties that we may face. 


Wellbeing and mental health are important to everyone across our school community, developing an environment where we all feel supported, secure, accepted, valued and empowered.
