At The Hyde School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We provide an engaging, accessible curriculum for all pupils, while offering tailored support and adaptations for those with higher levels of need.
We believe that all children benefit from learning alongside peers with different abilities. This helps children with SEND develop skills and confidence, while others learn empathy, respect, and understanding.
Our school community is diverse, with pupils and staff from over fifty different language backgrounds, including British Sign Language, and many faiths and cultures. This diversity enriches learning and life at The Hyde.
We are proud to have been awarded the Flagship Award for Inclusion for 2025–2026, recognising our outstanding commitment to inclusive education.
