Children are usually admitted to our Nursery in the September following their third birthday, subject to availability. Where places become available, we may also offer admissions in January and April. We have an agreed PAN of 39 full-time equivalent places. We offer both full-time and part-time provision. 

Applications for a place in the Nursery are made directly to the school. Applicants are considered under the published admissions criteria, clause 5, in our Determined Admissions Policy. If your child is not offered a place, they will be added to a waiting list, which is managed according to the published criteria.

Nursery Provision

• 15 hours free childcare – Monday to Friday, either 9.00am–11.30am or 12.30pm–3.00pm, with one additional top-up session per week.

• 30 hours free childcare – For families eligible with a valid 30-hour code. Further information can be found at: https://childcare-support.tax.service.gov.uk/par/app/extendedentitlement

• Top-up funding for an additional 15 hours – Full-time attendance is available at £150 per week for families not eligible for 30 hours.

We recommend registering your interest shortly after your child’s second birthday, ideally in the autumn term before your child is due to start Nursery. The closing date for on-time applications is 31 December for entry the following September. 

Places are allocated during the Spring term for a September start. In-year and late applications are accepted subject to availability.
