At The Hyde School, the PE and Sport Premium helps every child enjoy and benefit from physical activity. The funding allows us to:
Support all children to live healthy, active lives
Make PE and sport accessible for everyone
Help children achieve and thrive, whatever their ability or background
Boost health, wellbeing, personal development, and learning
Encourage regular, enjoyable physical activity
We follow the UK Chief Medical Officers’ guidance: children should have 60 minutes of daily activity and access to at least 2 hours of high-quality PE each week.
