PE and Sports Premium

At The Hyde School, the PE and Sport Premium helps every child enjoy and benefit from physical activity. The funding allows us to:

  • Support all children to live healthy, active lives

  • Make PE and sport accessible for everyone

  • Help children achieve and thrive, whatever their ability or background

  • Boost health, wellbeing, personal development, and learning

  • Encourage regular, enjoyable physical activity

We follow the UK Chief Medical Officers’ guidance: children should have 60 minutes of daily activity  and access to at least 2 hours of high-quality PE each week.
